Russian public cloud of MTS (MTS Web Services). Its tariff page bills a GPU virtual machine as separate lines - the graphics card, each vCPU and each gigabyte of memory - so the figure here is the card's line alone, and the processor and memory a machine needs are added on top. Prices are in roubles and include 22% VAT, as the table states; GPU machines are offered in the ru-central1 region only. The dollar figure uses the Bank of Russia's official rate of the day.
